The talent identification process in the US often places emphasis on footballing attributes not in line with global football as a whole, thus resulting in a significant amount of talented players being prevented from breaking through to the next level despite having the ability to do so on a global footballing landscape. Fussball Project seeks to cultivate this talent and expose it to clubs in Europe that may view the development phases of a young footballer through a different lens.
